Disturbance notices for district heating are generally updated on weekdays during office hours. Unexpected interruptions due to a fault may not appear in the disturbance notices immediately, even if they occur during office hours.
If no interruption has been marked in your area but there are problems with the heating, it is a good idea to check the alarms of the property’s district heating equipment. If clearing the alarm does not restore the heating, please check the situation with Lahti Energy before ordering an external expert to investigate the issue.
